Adventures in Agile (with me!)

Max St John, one of the extremely talented bunch over at NixonMcInnes in Brighton has written a blog about the real nitty gritty experience of implementing Agile practices on a large, multi-stakeholder web development project.

Very kindly, he gives me a name check.

Very Pleased (Again)

Just finished the sprint planning and review meeting. It was another blinder. We identified more problems and R [project manager] came up with a really good idea to solve one of them.
All's good... your help has been really fantastic in improving our team's process, reducing stress and making visible where we're losing profit and morale so we can improve even more in the future.

Very Pleased

About this:

"Mark recently helped us to implement a SCRUM project management tool to streamline our project process. He helped this to happen while also bringing his experience to bear in advising the team on best practice and training them in SCRUM and product ownership. Mark is a really nice guy, an expert in his field, and has really made some significant improvements to our team's ability to plan and deliver projects for the business. Many thanks - and I hope our paths cross again."

Damian Stafford, Group Operations Director at Lawton Communications Group
